The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

We combined a 1-inch layer of ventilated gel memory foam and a 3-inch layer of high-density support foam for pressure relief and support with a medium feel. Gel-infused memory foam regulates temperature while conforming to the body to ease pressure points. A ventilated design helps to increase airflow through the memory foam layer. The heavier parts of the body that press farther into the gel memory foam are pressure points, and memory foam has the ability to soften and relieve those areas. Firm high-density foam provides a supportive, durable base. High-density foam has a density of 1.8 and a compression rate of 44lb. Made without ozone depleters, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals; made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission; low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
