Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate, providing affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

We offer a wide variety of custom cuts and are happy to assist you with determining the correct size for any project. Ideal for use in furniture cushions, boat cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications, our foam is proudly made in the USA and comes in different types such as waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. All of our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified and made without any harmful substances or heavy metals for the safety of indoor air quality.

When you receive your foam, it may come vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. We recommend opening the package immediately and using a pen or pencil to start the process of breaking the seal in order to prevent any damage to the foam. It should be fully expanded within 72 hours. We do not recommend using a box cutter to open the package.
