Our foams are proudly made in the USA! The compression rate of our 1.8 High Density Foam is 44 lbs, meaning that for every 44 lbs of pressure, the foam will compress by 1 inch. This high density foam is perfect for those who prefer a firmer feel and do not want to sink into their furniture. It has a 100% recovery rate and is highly durable, making it suitable for long-term use. We recommend adding Dacron, a polyester batting, to the foam surface to reduce friction and wear on the fabric. Additionally, Dacron fills in any slackness in the upholstery, giving your furniture a better appearance.

When receiving your foam packages, it is important to open them immediately and not let them sit unopened for more than 1 week. Use a ball point pen or pencil to open the package, and allow at least 2 days for the foam to breathe and recover its original size and form. Our foam is designed to last 7 to 10 years, making it a durable choice for various uses including mattresses, seat pads, cushions, furniture, car seats, and more. Please note that there is a 50% restocking fee for returned items.
